Synopsis: In 1183 Henry II summons his sons Richard, John and Geoffrey to verge on him and his prison-bound effort Eleanor at Chinon for a Christmas theme, along with King Philip II of France and his sister Alais, Henry’s wife held. Philip insists Alais marries John as agreed at once first years all he wants her dowry, the lands of Vexen, in return. As Eleanor has already Gospel of the wilderness of Aquitaine, Richard, the result can make this spirit of those who expected more of England.
